I have thousands of these and in order to facilitate quicker listings of some items I am grading them in large lots  in general these should have some sheen to the vinyl with some light superficial marks VG at least  or better a few may be under overall average is vg and as for the sleeves you will have to look at the pics or ask a question.
You may have to clean them or replace the sleeves – that is why the low price exists! I also sell mint/nm records and excellent these are not those!

PRESORTED VG OR HIGHER WITH WITH A FEW EXCEPTIONS NO SERIOUSLY DULL RECORDS – SOME OF THESE ARE SIMPLY HERE BECAUSE OF THE TITLE  BEING VERY COMMON AND ARE CLOSER TO VG +  MESSAGE ME IF YOU WANT SPECIFICS THE PICS CAN SHOW YOU THE GLOSS/SHEEN  – SOME OF THESE MAY HAVE JUKEBOX SWIRL PATTERNS ON THE NON HIT /B SIDE ONLY OR A FEW SUPERFICIAL SCUFFS –  YOU MAY HAVE TO CLEAN THEM , I AM PASSING THE SAVINGS ON TO YOU BY ME NOT INVESTING TIME IN CLEANING THEM.
